Google is discontinuing Referrals, wef Aug 08 end, and introducing Google Affiliate Network .

Will it be open for all like its Referrals program or for particular countries only ? Any criteria?

Currently its open for all countries as there is no criteria mentioned on Google Affiliate Network signup page. It is allowing people from all countries to sign up.

Only criteria is mentioned on signup page is about the type of site with which you will sign up on Google Affiliate Network.
