Hi Navjot,

I am also a webmaster from India for several years now. I frequently run into your profile in forums and into your blogs etc. while searching on the web. I recognize your profiles etc. easily as you have the funny sardarji avatar everywhere. But I have never interacted with you directly as there has never been a need.

I recently somewhere that you were building a genelia fansite. Now I came to this page through google while searching about coppermine and wordpress.

I have also been planning around half a dozen fansites since two months. I had bought all the domains but did not get time to build any of them. I am a little bit less busy in this month and so thought of depeloping a few sites including these fansites. I had already started building a few recently and hopefully should build all the sites soon. I am also using coppermine in some of them though I personally like gallery2.

There is no official plugin to integrate gallery2 with wordpress (wpg2 plugin has been almost abandoned with no updates since ages). But for coppermince there is a plugin named wp coppermine plugin though it is just sidebar images and not complete integration. I have been using it till now in the coppermine sites but I will try Carl's plugin now. If it can pull images from the gallery then it is good as I had the problem of posting the images in coppermine gallery as well as the wordpress post.

Anyways thanks for the post and for the integration tip.

As far as I know, You cannot integrate coppermine into blogger. The best you can do is match the coppermine's theme with blogger theme and then include a link to the gallery from your blog and put the back to blog link in coppermine.
